Libero's baby book

So when you buy libero nappies, you can log in to their website and register the code inside the packet to get 100 points. These points can be used to buy stuff from their shop (poängshoppen). Pampers has something similar but the stuff they let you buy is boring and just a few things to choose from.
With 500 points, I ordered their baby book called Mitt första år, and received it by post within a month. It's calendar format with stickers on last page that can be used in the calendar. It has place for things that I wouldn't have thought of noting otherwise, like the dates for all new teeth and the day he starts holding the rattle. I'm loving it. Plus it's free ;)

(the Swedish princess cake) When I came to Sweden, I came to know that this cake is my husband's favourite. That's when I decided to make it for his birthday and started research on it. I had to take recipes form different places and blend them up so that it looks and tastes like the one you get at Maxi. It's supposed to be a very easy recipe, but well, I'm new to baking. This was a surprize for him and he was certainly happy that I made it just after 3 months of being in Sweden. Grateful for: Smartphone

In this season of motherhood, one of the things I am most grateful for, is my (smart)phone. Had I not had the whole world in my hands through it, I would not have been able to do even half of the things I manage. Yes it does distract from children and wastes time and sleep etc but it can be such a helpful tool to look for things you need, be inspired, stay organized, and although generally it might be considered a bit dumb or lazy to just google everything, in this season of life with very small kids, it's a blessing to be able to know that thing, it doesn't matter how you got to it.  Reading while nursing? Planning a party at 3am after baby sleeps? Ordering medicines or gifts in the middle of the night? Talking to mom on video while still in bed? I still can't believe we are going through this, we have this power, this access. It is mind blowing. I am so blessed to have access to this modern technology and internet and just wish I will continue to improve the quality of ti

Libero offered in stores that you get a small ryggsäck when you send receipts for one packet diapers and two babyvårdsprodukter. I wanted it for free but libero products are expensive, so when willy:s sent me a gift card for 50 kr, I bought libero's hand and face wipes and baby oil. You had to stamp the small envelope they provided, and send it. Here's what I received after almost 2 weeks.
