I make it with the help of all the knowledge I have ever collected about pizzas. The dough for base: For two medium pizzas, I take 3 cups flour 1 packet yeast (packed one is common in Sweden, but if you use the fresh granular one, you are supposed to soak that in warm water with little sugar for few minutes before putting it in) 1 tsp salt sometimes a little oil and kneed them all with water to a soft dough, then cover it and let it rise for an hour or two. After that divide it into two parts and flatten into whatever shape you want. It should be quite thin. The pizza sauce: Little olive oil in a pan Fry garlic paste/chopped Add tomatoes. Previously I used to add crushed tomatoes ( krossade tomater/ polpa di pomodoro ) and wait for it to thicken and dry over 30-40 minutes, but now I add a small tin of tomato paste ( doppio concentrato di pomodoro ) along with it which is very red and dry and makes it easier to get the final form. Limitations and adjustments

Today when I didn't fit into some more clothes from second trimester, I thought to myself that this seems uncomfortable and I probably have gained weight at more places than I should have. I was disappointed but I will get over it. The now-tight clothes are helping me accept my new dimensions and adjust accordingly. They remind me that things are different now. It made me think that I have been pretty good at accepting the other limitations, like my walking distance has slowly decreased over the past months, I can't sit up straight for a long time, I can't stay hungry or thirsty even for a few hours, midnight snacks are okay even if my non-prego self is scolding me, my ability to hold my bladder is not more than a few seconds, I can not clean the whole apartment in one day, in fact I can't even do two tasks (like cleaning the bathroom and cooking dinner) in the same day. Week 17

Trying to tidy up the house and make space and mindset for this time of the year when we get a chance to up our efforts. Created a little prayer corner like I always have wanted to do. Really love the prayer takht that a lot of elderly have where I grew up. Cleaned the balcony a bit. Want to really declutter the house to make it managable. Read Ramadan book to kids. Trying to talk to them and present them in a positive way. Prepared a little bit for Eid. Made this candy filled piñata ready to use. My oldest is quite conscious of what is happening now so I want to up my Eid game this year.
