5k event with Capsters Runner

My capsters 'runner' (sports hijab) worked fine today. Because it was too sunny, the sweat did form an insulative effect, but still not too hot in the head. It did feel hotter at the end of the run while cooling down. Still, good help. Hope the new longer version they're introducing will not 'fly' as easily as this did though.

 I started weight loss journey at the end of May and buddied up with frind to start logging on MFP. We also started working out. Results started to stall in the first month. In also had covid in June and had a hard time recovering in 2-3 weeks. Started experimenting with low carb in July and it converted to Ketogenic soon. In the first 3 months I lost 12 kilos. In the next 4, I lost 6 more. Making the grand total for 2020 at 18 kilos. I got down from 82.6 to 64. This involved very little exercise and I did get off track by having guests over. School drop off and pick up was a good physical activity. Job search was not as rewarding as weight loss. I had one AT interview and only managed to get 2 vikariat interviews. (the Swedish princess cake) When I came to Sweden, I came to know that this cake is my husband's favourite. That's when I decided to make it for his birthday and started research on it. I had to take recipes form different places and blend them up so that it looks and tastes like the one you get at Maxi. It's supposed to be a very easy recipe, but well, I'm new to baking. This was a surprize for him and he was certainly happy that I made it just after 3 months of being in Sweden. I think things work best when you do them for a special reason, in a special spirit. :) So here goes! THE BASE I made the cake from Kungsörnen's sockerkaka (which means sugar cake or sweet cake). It costs something like 13 kr. The instructions on the packet say you need to add water, and if you want it softer, u can add an egg and little butter. I added all three. Limitations and adjustments

Today when I didn't fit into some more clothes from second trimester, I thought to myself that this seems uncomfortable and I probably have gained weight at more places than I should have. I was disappointed but I will get over it. The now-tight clothes are helping me accept my new dimensions and adjust accordingly. They remind me that things are different now. It made me think that I have been pretty good at accepting the other limitations, like my walking distance has slowly decreased over the past months, I can't sit up straight for a long time, I can't stay hungry or thirsty even for a few hours, midnight snacks are okay even if my non-prego self is scolding me, my ability to hold my bladder is not more than a few seconds, I can not clean the whole apartment in one day, in fact I can't even do two tasks (like cleaning the bathroom and cooking dinner) in the same day.
